Bridgeport Art Center is the perfect venue for couples looking for a unique space with a high-end feel and a little off the beaten path of Chicago wedding venues. This bright space offers two premiere locations for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. This upper floor is appropriately named Skyline Loft, as Chicago’s skyline is framed with it’s wall of windows. The 18,000 square foot space can be sectioned off to host 100 guests in an intimate ceremony or up to 600 guests for a formal reception. This stunning open space, surrounded by 15 foot wood beams, helps you capture the beautiful sunset and city lit skies as night rolls in. As well, Bridgeport Art Center provides a freight elevator that can transport any large scale items to decorate the floor, even a vintage car! The ground level, Sculpture Garden, offers a second venue space, smaller than Skyline Loft but with it’s own unique charm. In addition to 12,000 square feet of indoor space, the Sculpture Garden offers half of that in an outdoor area as well. Couples can use this site for cocktail hour, or full wedding production. Both locations in Bridgeport Art Center’s event spaces are extremely transformable, allowing any Bride and Groom to bring their vision to life.
