Bridgeport Art Center Wedding – Tiffany and Chris

Bridgeport Art Center is one of my favorite Chicago venues especially during the winter months. Tiffany and Chris’ wedding day was chilly, so after a few quick photos outside, we were able to finish up the rest of the session inside the venue. The space has large windows with natural light which is perfect for a playing with different lighting for artistic portraits.  It is so great to have that backup plan built into your wedding space!  And it’s just a beautiful venue with wood beams and brick that lends a feeling of warmth and coziness during winter months even though it can easily accommodate larger weddings.

In addition to their beautiful venue, I loved that Tiffany and Chris prioritized having a day that was authentic to their story and families, by including touches of Chinese elements – including a tea ceremony, their custom cake (one of my faves ever!), and the reception games. Additionally, the bride had three changes throughout the evening so that is always a bonus for me as a photographer.. so fun!
